The terms under which OneBlu provides pool-care services.

Service requests

Submitting a service request does not guarantee service. OneBlu confirms availability, pricing and scheduling before any work begins.

Pricing

Starting prices are estimates. Your confirmed price depends on your pool configuration, size, enclosure, condition and equipment. Routine balancing chemicals are included unless the approved quote states otherwise.

Scheduling

Requested appointment windows are preferences, not confirmations. We do not promise same-day service or exact appointment times until confirmed by OneBlu.

Leak detection and automation

Diagnosis and pricing are confirmed before repair work. We do not guarantee leak detection results or equipment compatibility before an inspection.
